In order to answer these questions, Eloise will draw on her experience creating a market intelligence service from scratch within a high-pressure financial services environment.
Who: Eloise currently works as Market Intelligence Data and Services (MIDAS Manager) with Zurich Financial Services Australia where has designed and rolled out a company research service platform and database. Previously, Eloise was employed as Knowledge Services Manager by Wolters Kluwer Asia Pacific where she created a company-wide research service and database where none existed previously within a very short time-frame by redeploying existing intranet and electronic document managements systems."
